I have been looking for years for a stylist in the Orlando area who can correctly do a butterfly haircut, but was left disappointed every time until I finally found Michel. I saw his reel on Instagram and it was clear to me he knew exactly what he was doing - the right sectioning, the correct angles, expert layering technique. When I came in, I was warmly greeted by his team, received a very relaxing shampoo, followed with a hair treatment and then Michel did his magic on me. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. I also asked him about a color that I've been wanting but emphasized that I wanted it to be low-commitment, so I was thinking about a toner. What I REALLY appreciate is that he told me that while toner will normally wash out, based on my current color and texture, the color I wanted would probably "stick" and I would have to be ready for a 6 month commitment and some hair bleaching to get it out on the back end. That to me is high professionalism. He didn't sell me something just because I wanted it and he could do it and make money off of it. He was honest so that I could make an informed decision. Love that about him. I will definitely be back and will be recommending Napolitano Balayage to everyone I know!

I went for a color corrector and root touch from a previous balayage I recently got done somewhere else and they treated me so nicely and welcoming. As soon as I explained them what I wanted they didn’t hesitate and knew exactly what they were going to do. This will be definitely going to be my new place to go to. Thank you everyone!

I received rude and unprofessional treatment at this salon. I asked to stay blonde, but my hair was made darker instead. When I said I did not like the color, I was threatened with having the police called on me and was told my money was not worth the work I paid for. It was humiliating. I am also adding screenshots of his response here as evidence.
